What Happens Next?

If you wish to pay by Bank transfer, when we receive your booking form, an e-mail will be sent to you to acknowledge receipt of your booking form and will include the information needed to pay the deposit or full amount by Bank Transfer. Also the information you will need to receive your 20% discount with Brittany Ferries.
OR
If you have paid by pay pal an e-mail will be sent to you confirming receipt of your booking form and receipt of payment through pay pal and confirming your booking, together with the information needed to to receive your 20% discount with Brittany Ferries.

You will then be reminded by E-mail 9 weeks before you are due to arrive, to either complete the final payment form on line and pay through pay pal or to send the final payment via a bank transfer.

1) £100- per week non refundable booking deposit is required to confirm a booking.

2) We will confirm your booking (by email) upon receipt of the full booking deposit amount and your completed booking form.

3) The remaining rental balance, plus the security damage deposit amount of £100.00 is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. Please note that the security damage deposit amount will be ‘cashed’ at this point. Payments are to be made by Sterling bank transfer or Paypal

4) Provisional bookings will only be held for 5 days.

5) Once your booking has been ‘confirmed’, you are contracted to pay the full rental amount on the due date. If you have to cancel your booking after your full rental payment has been made, we will try to re-let the accommodation, and at our discretion, refund all or part of the rental monies paid.

6) It is your responsibility to take out TRAVEL INSURANCE that covers any financial loss resulting from unavoidable cancellation of your holiday.

7) All of our gites are let from Saturday 4pm until Saturday 10am (Flexible out of season). Please do not arrive before 4pm as the gite will not be ready for occupation.

8) Any breakages or equipment failure should be brought to our attention during your stay, and you are expected to leave the gite in a clean and tidy condition. This includes the inside of the fridge, cooker and microwave. Details about all used bedding and towels upon departure are detailed in the property information booklet found inside the Gite.

9) The sum of £100.00 will be retained until after your stay and normally returned in full to you at the address provided on your booking form within 14 days of your departure. The security damage deposit is to cover any possible damage/loss or unreasonable cleaning requirements. We reserve the right to make reasonable deductions (having agreed these with you) when appropriate, and should this be the case, the part-deposit will then be returned to the address on the booking form.

10) Accommodation is provided only for those guests named on the booking form and up to the maximum number of occupants the property caters for. We reserve the right to exclude any other persons or additional persons staying without our prior consent.

11) Bedding (continental quilt and pillows) are provided along with bed linen and indoor gite towels. Please bring your own outdoor towels, or, if space is short, you may hire from us at a charge of 5 euros per towel.

12) The security of the gite is your responsibility whilst renting it. Lock all windows and doors each time you depart from the property and most importantly, CLOSE the upstairs roof windows (Velux).

13) We will not be liable for any failure of electricity, gas or water supplies to the gite, similarly any failure of any equipment, machinery or appliance inside or outside the property. We will of course do everything we can to correct the failure during your stay but cannot guarantee this.

14) Use of the hot tubs by children (i.e.under 16 yrs of age) is to be supervised at all times by an adult for their safety and to prevent any misuse or damage to the hot tubs and the control panel, any damage caused or thought to be caused by any member of your party to the hot tubs and/or control panel, will be charged for via your security deposit.

15) The use of the gite, grounds & equipment on site are entirely at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to guests personally, their belongings or vehicles.

16) Under no circumstances shall our liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for one weeks rental.

17) Our french registered company (Siret number: 45231393500010) is governed by French law.
